This post is written by my sister. Hope you like it! :)

En este post colabora mi hermana. Espero que os guste!, :)

Hi Dear fashion victims!!, How are you doing?,

I would like to speak about one super trend , that honestly, it had never vanished! because I consider that everybody has one tartan shirt or something  in their  wardrobe; but dears  this year its a must have!.
Well, we can see tartan from plaid trousers, skirts coats, T-Shirts even tights, OMG its amazing!!.
Obviously the  most famous one, there are the Scottish, you know, in black and red but really we can find it  in so many colour like green, blue, yellow, brown… and  its very easy to blend  as well!!. Also is so cheerful and necessary for a bad o sad day :).

I hope you like my advice. It would be  nice hearing from your opinion , your advice with pictures…whatever!

Looking forward to hearing  from you. A lot of kisses!!. See u soon!

Queridas fashion victims!

An afternoon in Vienna / Una tarde en Viena

What I listen while I am composing this post
Lo que escucho mientras escribo este post:

Russian Red. Fuerteventura
Eagle Eye Cherry. Save tonight
The Calling. Wherever you will go

After a great morning plan (check here), we can keep moving to Museum Quartier area, it is just one metro station far away (Line U2; also you can get there on foot or by tram). You´ll find many museums and art galleries, among others, my suggestion is Leopold Museum.

There are not only work art from Klimt but also from another Austrian artist called Schiele. He is a very popular one and has a really interesting art career as well as a short but worth life. From Klimt catch my attention and interest Attersee, see picture below:

From Schiele, I point out this: Sinking Sun

At that time, there was a temporary exhibition, really impressive. It was an exhibition by Manfred Bockelmann, about  "portraits of children and youths who fell victim to the Nazis´regin of terror. With this the artist seeks to creat signposts against forgetting".

Find the exhibition link ( the website here and the youtube channel here). At the same time if you want to know further details about the artist check his website below:

Before leaving, what about visit the museum´s shop?. For me is such a great idea, I enjoy reading books, checking notesbooks and much more, items with a really creative point of view.

What do you think about walking around?. Behind Museum Quartier area, there is a district with paving streets and loads of young desinger´s shops. And walking I discovered a small workshop where was working the artist Alexandra Gasteiger. Her smile and charms invited me to came on in. I loved the enthusiasm and passion she shown, talking about her art pieces and the creative process. What she does and the love she feels about it catch my eye . She designs jewelry made by recycled skateboard, making the most of the texture and colour scheme, cool, isn´t it?. Keep looking her website and pieces´ picture below! :) :

Now that is getting dark, I have no better idea that rent a bike to go by Danube edge, what do you think?. It is easy to rent one in many places around the city, and it is a great way to enjoy the city. And bike riding we can get the next two places of our plan to finish a Perfect Day in Vienna.

I discovered these places with my friend Camila and her Austrian and German friends. The first one, Sand in the city is a beach bar in the city center where you can have some dinner outdoor. Do you imagine enjoy beach atmosphere in Austria?, Try! :).

Now we take the bike to ride til a really cool place by Danube edge, called Telavit Beach. You can find a lounge beach bar, all in white, with dj and a beautiful river view.

What I listen while I am composing this post
Lo que escucho mientras escribo este post:

Lucy & the Cloud Parade. Feel Lucky
Bruno Mars. Treasure
Sade. Paradise

Next stop is quickly approaching, after having a great time in Budapest, the story continues in Vienna. To be honest, Vienna surprised myself more than I have ever imagined.  Maybe because of my lack of expectations, suddenly without me having realized, Vienna turned out to be on "My list: Cities to live once in a lifetime"!!. I don´t really know why, but it could be because in a certain way reminds me of Madrid and most of all because I discovered it with my friend Camila who was living there for a while. It is why I got the city´s essence, this feeling when you are travelling of not being a tourist, all the way around, feeling like a citizen. Exploring without any ambition of seeing all what you supposed to see, and just focus on discovering all that you really want to explore. Walking  without wondering where to go and willing to be surprised, this makes me happy :).

This is why today I am talking to you about places I discovered going for a walk and others that Camila told me. I suggest you a day in Vienna with plans from morning til night and more places to include so you can design your own plan. Ready?...

¿Empezamos?...

Something that I had crystal clear was visiting "The Kiss" by Klimt, so, what do you think about going to the Belvedere Palace first?. Just in case you want to admire this work of art, you should go to Upper Belvedere, where you can find more about the artist. I loved sitting in front of the painting and enjoy every single detail, I think is a really great and magic work.

Now let´s go to Karlsplatz metro area ( U1, U2 and U4 metro lines), I propose you different shops that I visited and with a special mention to Unikatessen.

I loved going to Unikatessen. I like the concept, the style and the space and more than anything the fact of talking to Daniela, she is such a nice girl. She loves fashion, you can see that easy, it was because of that I connect in a great way with her: she told me about the project, the story and the designers you can find. Find out below some pictures that Daniela sent me. Thanks! :). Also you can check the website and the address:

Are you hungry now?, I suggest you three places where you can walk on foot. One is an Austrian food bar, like the typical Spanish menu bar, other is in an outdoor city market and the third one is a coffee shop with bagel specialty, Which one do you prefer?.

1.-  Austrian Food / Comida Austriaca:  Wiener Wia-z'haus

The menu uses to offer as a starter an Austrian soup, then I recommend you to taste the Wiener Schnitzel  and an apple pie for dessert ( Apfelstrudel)

2.-  At the Market / En el mercado: Tewa am Markt

Naschmarkt Stand 672, 1040, Vienna, Austria

In this place you can eat good and in a healthy way. I tasted  grill prawn risotto, still today I remember the flavour!! oh lord, I loved it! :)

3.-  Something light / Algo ligero:  Blueorange

If you want very much to eat something light, try Blueorange bagels. Instead of going for lunch, I went for an afternoon snack, so is another options in case suit you best.

And why not a coffee/tea now?, I have the perfect place, one that while you are enjoying your drink also you can have a look at cook books. I wish I could have a place like this in Madrid. This place is Babette´s and if you like spice you are a lucky one because you can find it on its online site.
